Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information RISECTRL ("we", "us") collects through this website and while providing our growth services (advertising, creative production, analytics, email and SMS retention, and websites), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number and anything you share when you book a call, subscribe or work with us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy.
- Scheduling information: calls are booked through Calendly under its own privacy notice.
- Client business data: to run your campaigns we may access, with your permission, your ad accounts, analytics, store data (such as orders, products and margins) and, for retention work, your customer and subscriber lists. We process this data only on your behalf and only to provide the services.
- Website data: this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores only your language preference. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and device type) for security.
How we use information
- To provide, run and improve the services you hire us for.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To answer your requests and communicate about your account.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one client's data to benefit another client.
Sharing
We share information only with providers that help us deliver the services (for example Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok, email and SMS platforms, AI tools used to produce creative work, and our hosting provider), when required by law, or with your consent.
Your customers' data
When we handle your customers' information for retention or advertising, you remain responsible for having the right to collect and use it (including any consent required for email and SMS marketing). We follow your instructions and use it only for your campaigns.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including access limited to what each task needs. We keep information while we work together and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, and then delete or anonymize it. When our work ends, you can ask us to remove our access to your accounts.
Communications
We send emails about your account, billing and our work together. If we ever send marketing emails, each one includes a way to unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information we are required to keep by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Where information is processed
RISECTRL is based in New York, United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
